Client Profile

Acme Bubbles & Co owns one of the largest Bubble Tea franchises in Wikanda. Boasting 400 locations, 2 dozen drink offerings, and over 2 million unique visitors in 2019 alone, they are a strong business looking to grow. They have been in business for almost six years.

However, with a strong presence in tertiary locations like hospitals, gas stations, and airports, they have a hard time converting single-visit passersby into recurring customers.

Product Evaluation

Because they have been operating for six years, Acme Bubbles & Co comes with an enormous backlog of transaction and product data. This data could prove vital in plotting trends, successes, and even failures for their customers. and are a definite must-have.

They already have an existing loyalty program, but have a hard time getting their single-visit users to sign up. We'll import their customers and continue the otherwise strong growth of their existing program by adding our own capabilities.

Their loyalty liabilities are quite high, as redemptions require many points to achieve, and their customer base has a tendency to stockpile points for long periods between redemptions. Adding (especially loyalty pay) can help encourage customers to come more often and spend their points.

This client runs seasonal marketing campaigns in the local newspapers to promote new and seasonal drink offerings. They do not have a mobile app, but have a website where this marketing runs in parallel. They do not know their conversion rate or any other success metrics with these campaigns. We'll suggest using our own platform to help them better understand if their campaigns are working.
