Client Profile
Dr. Wendy Frost, DDS, operates a small dentistry office in a strip mall in town. She's been having some issues choosing a CRM for managing their customer profiles, and has been working with insurance providers to figure out where they should be prioritizing in hiring new staff and specialists.
Product Evaluation
The client is interested in getting a better top-down view of where her patients are spending the most money on services. We'll hook them up to Data Core and Analytics to help them understand which of their services are the most popular to help with hiring decisions.
The client won't be using any Loyalty features, but would like to be able to tie patient profile data from our system with medical data from theirs. For that reason we'll keep Loyalty as part of their suite.
The primary method of payment for the client's services are credit card or direct insurance billing. They have a preferred rate already with their payment gateway and will not need anything from us.
Marketing is not a priority for them since they are at capacity.
