Abstract

Drachmae is our product encompassing loyalty configuration and integration. It is also used for managing customer and related data.

It provides CRM-like functionality for attaching customer profiles to orders, and allows vendors to attach arbitrary custom data to those profiles.

It also allows the creation and management of currencies -- used for allowing customers to hold balances, and spending rules, which can be used to allow customers to redeem those balances.
